I’m a huge fan of mostly anything seafood. Crablegs, salmon, and shrimp being my top favorites in the seafood category. We used to live near a restaurant that served an amazing all you can eat seafood buffet, and it included lobster tail! They fittingly called it “King Henry’s Feast” and it certainly wasn’t cheap, but it was SO worth it! And the dessert. Oh my word, the dessert. Everything was wonderfully bite sized so that you could taste each cake or pie without feeling too full. If you weren’t full already, that is… Anyway, this Shrimp Cocktail Dip is a great way to change up regular shrimp cocktail, and it serves more people, too. We tried these with wheat thins, but I really preferred regular Ritz crackers. This is perfect to bring to a party or family gathering, just be warned – it will be gone within minutes!
