Show & Share Wednesday #29

March 20, 2013

This is not sponsored by Rita's in any
way, I just have an unnatural love
for water ice. :D
I feel like shouting this from the rooftops: HAPPY SPRING!! I really don't care that it's not supposed to get above 43 degrees in the next 10 days, I'm happy for spring! If you have a local Rita's Water Ice near you, be sure to stop by for your FREE water ice today only.

Water ice (NOT shaved Italian ice, totally different) is a true Philadelphia-n treat, something I grew up eating every summer. I ALWAYS have a hard time picking a flavor, but I usually go with something red like tropical punch or strawberry kiwi. Rita's opening means spring to me! Yay! Ok, let's get the features from last week's party under way.

Chicken Fajita Pie - My Biscuits Are Burning

He Is Risen Wood Plaque - Designed Decor

Easter Candy Popcorn - Posed Perfection

Homemade Gummy Candy - Growing Up Gabel

Amazing Broccoli Cheese Soup - Crumbs and Chaos

LOVING those features today!

    7. Happy spring!! ugh I want warmer weather! lol. It's way to cold for where I am. It's supposed to be pretty mild here but our winter was pretty darn cold and more snow than we've ever had.. well at least that I've seen since moving here 8 years ago.

With that said I would still like to try one of those water ice things! strawberry kiwi sounds amazing :)

Lemon ICEY!! <-- Seinfeld episode that will forever be in my memory lol

      1. Leila, we've actually had a pretty mild winter here, not much snow at all. Just cold! Probably too cold for water ice, but I don't care. lol
