Menu Plan Monday 2/25 - Happy March!
Well, we had a whirlwind of a weekend celebrating Silas' 4th birthday. Friday night, we took him bowling for the first time, just Paul and I, no little brothers allowed! Then we spent Saturday at Grandmom & Pop pop's house visiting them and Grammy (my Grandmother) who was visiting from Philadelphia. Today we had church and afterwards the family treated him to his first trip to Chuck E Cheese. Let's just say he didn't argue with me over bedtime at all this weekend!

Breakfast - Raisin Apple Bread Pudding
Dinner - Roasted Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Croutons
Ranch Chicken Enchiladas (carry over)
