Menu Plan Monday 2/11 - Happy Valentine's Day!
We had a really fun and full weekend! On Saturday we went to Lancaster Central Market, a historic farmer's market here in Lancaster, PA. Silas and Paul were gone for the day visiting family in Philadelphia, so I thought it was a good chance to check it out. So fun! I came home with a pint of jalapenos and some orange and yellow bell peppers. Though, next time me, my sister, and my mom are making plans to go without kids! Too distracting. :)
This week is Valentine's Day which is also Paul's birthday, so we'll be going out one night this week (not sure which one, yet). Maybe I can get him to go back to Central Market with me, I think it would be a fun date! Here's our plan for the week:
Ham, Cheese, & Hashbrown Frittata
Taco Casserole with Jalapeno Cornbread (new recipe)
Lemon Garlic Shrimp Penne
Baked Spaghetti (new recipe)
Perfect French Bread Pizza
Weekend Breakfast - Baked Banana Oatmeal
Dinner - Out
Frozen Leftovers (our freezer is taking over!)
I'll leave you with one of Paul's favorite quotes...
To be a Christian means to forgive the inexcusable because God has forgiven the inexcusable in you. -C.S. Lewis

ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Rachel! It's a rare week that he has off of classes so we're trying to make the most of it. Think I can convince him to go thrifting with me? :)
