Menu Plan Monday 12/10 - Baking Week!

Well, last week's menu plan was a total bust! I was able to make Taco Mac Casserole and Simple Spinach Tortellini Soup, which wasn't even on the plan to begin with! Some crazy virus ran through our family so I scrapped it for the most part and just went day to day with what we felt like eating. You'd think that's easier, but it really isn't. One of the major benefits of planning our dinners out for the week is not having to think about what's for dinner every night.

I'd like to say we're all better, but we're not! At least, I'm not. I can't taste anything right now which is real fun. Definitely doesn't give me incentive to cook, that's for sure! Regardless, the family still needs to get fed and I NEED to get started on baking Christmas treats. This week I turned to some tried-and-true easy family dinners that I know we all like.
