Iron Chef Mom #6 - Sweet Potatoes!

I'm so excited that it's my turn to host Iron Chef Mom this week! I've been inspired by all the yummy recipes linked up for our previous secret ingredients: apples, chocolate, pumpkin, caramel, and cinnamon. If you're not in the fall mood yet, get ready for this week's secret ingredient...

SWEET POTATOES! I seriously love sweet potatoes, did you know that you can substitute sweet potato puree for pumpkin puree in most recipes? I love both, though, so it doesn't really solve much for me. :)
