Show & Share Wednesday #10 - Happy Halloween!



Well, thankfully, our house and our little tree out front survived the hurricane. A little water in the basement after we realized the wind had blown our back door open, and no power for about an hour Monday night was all that we experienced here in PA. 

The communities on the Jersey shore were not so lucky. Ocean City is our favorite shore town and was hit pretty hard as well as Atlantic City. Say a quick prayer for those folks as they begin cleanup and realizing their loss.

My family will be coming over for dinner and to give out candy while we go trick or treating tonight! I'm planning on serving a double batch of Crockpot Sticky Chicken for dinner. I'm also going to try a new recipe for Mulled Cider and make up some more Cake Mix Sprinkle Cookies - they were gone in a day! Silas is so excited to wear his costume and I'm excited that we'll have three kiddos out there this year: my Silas (3) and Wesley (15 months) and my nephew Elliott (7 months).
