Menu Plan Monday - 10/8 Chilly Autumn Week!

I just checked out this upcoming week's forecast and it's looking chilly! I love it! Reminds me that I need to pick a Saturday to go to our favorite orchard. They have some great fall activities for the kids and a hayride, not to mention the food! Their apple cider donuts are spectacular.

We're out of chicken and it so happens that Redner's has boneless skinless chicken breasts for $1.88/lb, so I'll be stocking up for soups and other crockpot meals. Here's the plan:

Out visiting family

Alphabet Soup (new recipe)

Pumpkin Chili

Crispy Onion Chicken with

Ranch Roasted Potatoes

Hotdogs & Sauerkraut (carry over)

Breakfast - Ham, Cheese, & Hashbrown Frittata

Lunch - Slow Cooker Mexican Black Beans & Rice

Breakfast - leftover Frittata

Lunch - Honey Mustard Chicken & Carrots (carry over)
