Menu Plan Monday - 9/17



I hope you are enjoying some beautiful weather where you live because we sure are here in Central Pennsylvania! During the day it's warm in the sun with a cool breeze and at night it's sweater weather. The only problem is figuring out how to dress the kids... 

This week Paul starts some new hours at work so I know for sure it will just be me and the kiddos for dinner Friday through Sunday. I'm going to try and make the best of it and plan some more kid-friendly dinners. Here's what's on our menu:


Saucy Pasta Bake (freeze half)






Pierogies Au Gratin






Chicken with Pineapple Sauce (going to try this in the Crockpot this time)






Copycat Crunch Wraps (carry over)






Crockpot Broccoli Cheddar Soup (freeze leftovers)






Breakfast - Banana Applesauce Crescents, double batch



Dinner - Perfect French Bread Pizza

Dinner - Slow Cooker Mexican Black Beans & Rice

~pizza crescent roll ups
