Menu Plan Monday - 10/1 Happy October!

Happy October, everyone! I'm really excited for this month and I don't know about you, but I'm LOVING the cooler weather. Last week was our town's fair and for once we weren't sweating walking around and seeing the sights. I even squeezed in a little consignment shopping for kids clothes and I made out really well! Silas is set for winter clothes besides a couple more pairs of jeans and Wesley already has a lot of hand-me-downs so he's good. Do any of you go to consignment sales/shops for your kids' clothes?

Because of the fair, and me getting over some weird stomach thing, we have a couple of carry overs from last week. Here's the plan:

Cilantro Lime Chicken Wraps (carry over)

Lasagna Soup (carry over)

Beef & Black Bean Tostizzas

Stuffed Green Pepper Casserole (freeze half)

Friday
Baked Sweet Potatoes

Breakfast - Cinnamon Pumpkin Pancakes (big batch)

Dinner - Hot dogs & Sauerkraut with Onion Roasted Potatoes

Breakfast - Leftover Cinnamon Pumpkin Pancakes

Dinner - Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken

~Hoagies

~Pizza Grilled Cheese

~Soft Pretzels & mustard (Silas is on a mustard kick. Like, he eats it with a spoon. What a weirdo!)

~Cut up veggies & salad dressing dip

Have a great week! I'm linking up at Menu Plan Monday, Stone Gable, and Scraps of Life.
