Well we had quite a busy weekend, the highlight was definitely our trip to the Crayola Factory. We had fun, but it was exhausting listening to an 11 month old cry pretty much the entire 90 minute ride home! Also not sure what I was thinking given that Silas' excitement coloring lasts about 30 seconds and he's off to the next thing. The area he probably enjoyed the most was the "how crayons are made" exhibit with the knobs to turn, buttons to push, and flashing lights. Me as a kid? My mom would have needed to park it on a bench with a book, I would have been there painting all day long!
Anyway, it's late and I'm getting off track. Here's our menu plan for this week's adventures (whatever that may be!):
Tomato Basil Soup (from freezer)
Pesto Ranch Pasta Bake (carry over)
Tangy Meatloaf with steamed veggies
Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps
Crockpot BBQ Drumsticks (new recipe) with potato wedges
Breakfast: Tomato & Cheese Muffins (new recipe) with scrambled eggs
Dinner: Citrus Spinach Salad (new recipe)
Breakfast: Pancakes (a la Hungry Jack, Sunday AMs are crazy around here!)
Dinner: Crockpot Pesto Ravioli Casserole
Linking up to Menu Plan Monday.
