Friday Favorites: Peanut Butter

I'm a peanut butter convert. Growing up, really the only thing I liked with peanut butter was Reese cups. My husband is a peanut butter fanatic and through the years I've starting liking peanut butter in baked goods more and more. These Peanut Butter Fudge Bars I found on the side of a Pillsbury cake mix box and it's a total winner for parties and potlucks.

And of course, these Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins are by far one of my favorite muffins of all time. Not too sweet, I like to customize them with different jellies and preserves (I have tons of choices out here in Amish country!):
