I never spend more than $50 per week on groceries. $30 of that goes toward ingredients needed for dinners, dairy that we go through each week, and juice. Up to $20 extra is reserved for stocking up on whatever is cheap after sales and coupons that week. Well after months of lackluster deals at my local grocery stores, there are super cheap deals at literally every store I shop! So I've decided to play it easy this week and cook from my pantry and freezer so that I can use our whole grocery budget to stock up. Here's the plan:
Monday- Parmesan Pierogies (I just toss cooked pierogies with a little olive oil and some grated parmesan cheese)
Tuesday- Italian Crescent Casserole
Pillsbury
Wednesday- Tangy Meatloaf
Lemon Tree Creations
Thursday- Beef & Black Bean Tostizzas
Friday- Banana Pancakes
Saturday- Leftovers
Sunday- Freezer Enchiladas
Linking up to Menu Plan Monday. Have a great week everyone!

Looks yummy, especially the tostizzas! :-) I will have to try those some time. Thanks!
