These cookies are super simple to make and you probably have all the ingredients already in your cabinet. I whipped these up for a bake sale at my parents' church to benefit their youth group and they went over great. I plan on making a few batches at add to my Christmas cookie trays this year. They look pretty too!
Snickerdoodles
from Betty Crocker
1 box white cake mix (I used yellow and they turned out fine)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix cake mix, butter and egg in a bowl; dough will still be kinda crumbly. In a smaller shallow bowl, combine sugar and cinnmon. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and coat with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Yum!
