I have a bunch of "carry overs" from last week since I didn't get around to making them. We had family over this weekend unexpectedly and they treated us to lunch and dinner Saturday, yay! This week I'd really like to make the dinners even if we aren't home to enjoy them, I can just stick them in the freezer and they're ready to go. I also need to make some muffins to freeze for fast breakfasts during the week.
Monday- Grilled Stuffed Burritos
Tuesday- Dinner at the Fair!
Wednesday- Baked Potatoes with Herbed Mushrooms
Thursday- Sausage Fettuccini
Friday- Chicken Cesar Salad Sandwiches
Saturday- Chicken Florentine
Sunday- Leftovers/Out/Frozen Dinner
