Well I'm happy to say we stuck by the menu plan for the most part with a few changes. The biggest reason I menu plan though is when we unexpectedly have company over, I always have ingredients on hand to whip up a dinner for everyone. Here's what we enjoyed last week:
Monday - Steamed Crablegs, Paul's birthday treat waaaaaay overdue!
Tuesday - Stuffed French Toast, visited family in Chambersburg
Wednesday - Crispy Onion Chicken
Thursday - Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes
Friday - Pizza Fries (recipe coming)
Saturday - Shortcut Cheese Danish, Slow Cooker Enchiladas (recipe coming)
Sunday - Leftovers
This week is going to be a bit crazy. Paul's work schedule is changed slightly and we have a wedding to go to on Friday. Here's the plan:
Monday - Pierogies Au Gratin
Tuesday - Spinach Lasagna Rolls (two 8x8 pans, one will freeze)

I've created somewhat of a full menu this week fully expecting to not eat all of it, but I wanted the ingredients I need to be on my shopping list. That way I can make the dinner anyway and just put it in the freezer. Looks like a yummy week!
